Once again someone posts a picture that has nothing to do with an error in editing. She’s looking over her shoulder. Flexibility is not a photoshop fail.
I agree with Photo-Chopin: there’s nothing wrong with her neck. If you want to look for fails in persons in pictures a little knowledge of human anatomy is more useful than Photoshop knowledge.
