Hmm, to me it looks right. There’s a second person there, although the highlighted arms on the right don’t look right, I can make out a person at the front, a person next to her (explains the left highlighted hand) and then a person in the background who’s arm merges in with the foreground.
It doesn’t look photoshopped to me, more like an awkward angle.
Thats definitely photoshopped. The girl in the orange shirt’s arm is merged with the floating one, bit its still floating.
